Uncompleted Cave that's going to connect Endor to Branca

Old man's grinnin from ear to ear seeing the $60,000

Old Man:
  'I began digging a cave to go to an eastern port town.'
  'I dreamt of owning a ship and retrieving all the treasures of the world.'
  'But I ran out of money and I'm getting old too.'
  'If there were 60000 more gold pieces, the excavation could be started again. Would you like to carry on my dream?'
  If yes:
  'You do? Yes, I've received 60000 gold pieces.'
  'I'll use this money to hire people and restart the excavation. Be assured it'll be finished.'

 

Old Man, when you exit the cave and reenter:
  'Taloon. Look, I started the excavation again.'
  'When it's done I'll send a message to your house. It will be soon.'

 

Man in purple clothes, the one on the top digging the cave:
  'Heave ho, Heave ho, Dig and Dig...'
  'They say the Casino in Endor reopened. I'll go there soon!'

 

Man in purple clothes, the one on the bottom digging the cave:
  'Dig and Dig and Dig and Dig...'

Taloon goes home to rest.
