Konenber

Welcome to Konenber

Woman in red clothes, near the inn complex:
'This is Konenber, a port town.'

Woman in purple clothes, in the inn complex:
'Welcome! How would you like a map of the world?'
  If yes:
'Funny, I thought I had some more. They're gone. Hmm....'
  If no:
'Are you sure? Well, come back any time.'

Inn Complex -- second floor

Keep out of THAT room

Woman in purple clothes, near a locked room:
'The locked room over there must remain closed.'

Woman in purple clothes, in the bottom right room:
'Some fell in despair after the monsters sank the ships....I pity them.'

Konenber

Monster Lighthouse

Woman in blue clothes, in her residence in the lower left corner of town:
'The eastern lighthouse was invaded by monsters recently.'
'Since then, it's been shining evil lights on the sea.'

Woman in purple clothes, in the cubicle above the weapon shop:
'I don't feel like opening my shop these days.'
'A port town without ships! What a joke!'

Fat Man in green clothes, in the cubicle above the armor shop:
'You're unfortunate. Until recently, ships used to sail out of here.'

Man in blue clothes, outside the House of Healing:
'A ship is being built at the wharf. It's the big building to the left.'

Fat Man in blue clothes, in his residence in the top right corner of town:
'Deep in the mountains, north of faraway Branca, they just discovered a village rampaged by monsters.'
'The people of Santeem, across the sea, vanished without a trace....'
'Do these events have some connection to the rumor that the Ruler of Evil will ressurect?'

Man in blue clothes, just south of the pier:
'Darn, my ship is gone! The lighthouse in the east is responsible.'
'Since the monsters took over the lighthouse, it's been emanating an evil light that sinks ships.'

Pier -- ship

Yay ship!

Child, running about:
  'Hurray! It's a ship! Hurray!'

Woman in red clothes, in the top left corner:
  'Children are always restless!'

Fat Man in green clothes, in the top left corner:
'When can we sail? The cargo will rot soon.'

Pier -- ship -- galley

I'm frustrated

Woman in red clothes, in the room on the bottom:
'I'm frustrated because we can't sail.'
'If I were a lot stronger, I'd go wipe out the monsters in the eastern lighthouse....'

Pier -- ship -- FIRST MATE's room

Sorry bud but you missed the last ship

Soldier:
'The last ship to leave here was sailing south. They say the Princess of Santeem was on board.'
'I bet she was a beauty.'

Man in blue clothes:
'I'm the captain of this ship. I want to sail too.'
'However, when a ship leaves the shore, the lighthouse shines eerily and makes the sea rage violently.'

Wharf

This is a wharf

Man in purple clothes:
'This is a wharf. We're building a new ship.'

Guy that looks like Hector, moving off and on the ship:
'Move! Please! You are blocking the dockhand's way!'

Old Man, just north of the ship entrance:
'Whose ship is this? Looks quite expensive.'

Child, beside the old man:
  'Wow! What a big ship!'

Wharf -- ship

This guy thinks this is a total waste of time

Guy that looks like Hector, at the bottom:
'A new ship is useless here. You can't sail out of here because the lighthouse is causing havoc.'

Guy that looks like Hector, at the left:
'What? Who's the owner of this ship? Go ask my boss!'

Wharf -- ship -- FIRST MATE's room

He's worried

Man in purple clothes:
  'I'm worried.'
'We're building this ship for Taloon, but he's so rash.'
'He went to the lighthouse to destroy the monsters who are making sailing impossible.'

Wharf -- ship -- CAPTAIN's steering wheel

Why isn't he back

Man in blue clothes:
'Why isn't Taloon back? The ship's almost finished.'
'I hope the monsters at the lighthouse haven't got him.'

Wharf -- ship -- galley

Taloon's wanting to go south

Man in purple clothes:
'Taloon said he wanted to go south.'
'A sailing expert who has a priceless map lives on a southern continent, in a town called Mintos.'

Night

Yes, we're searching for someone

Man in blue clothes, behind the booth in the eatery at the inn complex:
'Are you searching for someone? I saw an unusual group of three people.'
'It was a princess and her escorts. They said they were after a man called Necrosaro.'

Coincidence? Not a chance.

Woman in blue clothes, in the eatery at the inn complex:
'How would you like to marry?'
  If yes or no:
'You're so naive. I was only kidding!'

Man in blue clothes, in the eatery at the inn complex:
'I wish I could save enough money to buy my own ship too...'
'but I spend too much! Why?'

Don't ask me! I'm a Hero, not a financial expert!

Fat Man in green clothes, in the eatery at the inn complex:
'Taloon is a fine example of an arms merchant!'
'He plans to travel the world in his own ship to search for legendary weapons.'

Man in blue clothes, in the eatery at the inn complex:
  'Sure...a sea voyage is nice...'

Inn Complex -- second floor -- Night

Rockabye Baby, on the tree top...

Man in purple clothes, in the room on the lower right:
  'Zzz...Zzz...'

Woman in purple clothes, in the room on the top left:
  'Sss...Sss...'

Fat Man in green clothes, in the room on the top left:
  'Doze...Doze...'

Flame Creature\, in the top right cell:
'Crackle...Crackle...You may go if you want to....'
'But I'm sure your ship will be sent to the bottom of the sea....'

Night

Who the hell are you?!

Man in blue clothes, near the armor shop:
  '!!'

Man in blue clothes, when you catch him at the House of Healing:
'I'm sorry. I was tempted but...'
'I haven't stolen anything yet. Forgive me!'
  If no:
  'Please, show me mercy.'
  If yes:
'Thank you! I'll tell you something in gratitude.'
'You can exchange Small Medals for items.'

Man in blue clothes, at the south end of the pier:
  'My ship...Zzz...Zzz...'

Pier -- ship -- galley -- Night

Zonked out

Soldier, in the room on the bottom:
  'Zzz...Zzz...'

Fat Man in green clothes, in the room on the top:
'Oh, no! The ship is sinking! Mumble...Mumble...'

Woman in purple clothes, in the room on the top:
  'Zzz...Zzz...'

Child, in the room on the top:
  'Sss...Sss...'

Pier -- ship -- FIRST MATE's room -- Night

Nightmares...I feel sorry for you

Man in blue clothes:
  'Mumble...Mumble...The ship is sailing out...Grzz...Grzz...'

Pier -- ship -- CAPTAIN's steering wheel -- Night

And what do you think YOU'RE doing?

Woman in red clothes:
  'Starboard the Helm! Just joking!'

Night

Lieutenant Wharf is closed for the night

Man in blue clothes, guarding the wharf:
'This wharf is closed at night.'

Shaman, outside the House of Healing:
'Wh...Who are you? I...I was only telling her an old proverb.'

Woman in red clothes, beside the shaman:
'If you have love, then age difference doesn't matter. Is there really such a proverb?'

No.

Woman in purple clothes, in her residence in the northeast corner of town:
'My husband! He thinks too much.'
  'That's why he's growing bald!'

Determined to help these people, the four head east, for the lighthouse.
