'This is Seaside Village.'

Old Man, in his residence at the town entrance:

'This is a village that even time left behind.'

'Are you familiar with the legend of the Sandglass of Regression?'

If yes:

'I see...'

If no:

'The legend says the Sandglass of Regression can reverse time slightly.'

Man in blue clothes, near the statue in the town center:

	'Our ancestors were pirates.'
	'Many years ago they settled on the land...'
	'leaving the treasures they'd stolen deep behind a water cascade somewhere in this world...'
	'They say among the treasures was the ultimate weapon, the Metal Babble Sword.'

Woman in purple clothes, on the beach:

'I hear that long ago this village possessed the Stone of Drought which could stop even the flow of a water cascade.'

Woman in red clothes, on the southeast corner of the beach:

	'This is the graveyard of our pirate ancestors.'
	'This graveyard is submerged by water each nite, like a man drowning in the sea.'

Fat Man in green clothes, in the weapon shop:

'Zzz...Zzz...'

Woman in purple clothes, in the weapon shop:

'My slothful husband! Sleeping is all he does! What's he thinking?'

Man in blue clothes, behind the booth at the item shop:

'I'm working. Come back at night if you want to talk!'

Woman in red clothes, on the second floor of the item shop:

'Being in the trade, my husband knows all about tools.'

Night

Just like on our planet

Man in blue clothes, near the eastern edge of the water:

'The tide always rises like this at night and submerges the beach.'

Man in blue clothes, on the second floor of the item shop:

'Are you the one who wants to know about the Sandglass of Regression?'

If yes:

	'Our ancestors used it in battle.'
	'You use it to revere time after a wrong move in battle.'
	'It's not essential you own it, but it may come in handy.'

If no:

'Very well. Feel free to stay.'

After finding the Stone of Drought from the beach, the Party heads north, to the country of Santeem, with a trip down memory lane for Alena, Cristo, and Brey.
